Atp Gtx3576r on 93 pump results
yes but increasing vom about 29psi to 32psi made less than 10whp.
so the power stopps at arround 410whp and if I give more stress on the engine like boost and or timing the power will not really increase.
for my understanding, on the exhaust side it shouldn`t be limited, assumed the stock frame housing from ATP is not the problem, but I`ve seen other results, mainly on EVO X and some on evo 7-9 which are a lot better, also ATP stated that the same housing is used on the GTX3582R stock frame kits which made arround 700whp. the fullrace exhaust manifold shouldn`t also be a problem and on the exhaust system is no cat and 3".
So I thought of a restriction in my piping but everything seams to be fine.
next thing I noticed is that I was running the cheap Virbrant air filter with the stock MAF on this power levels, this was just a temporarily solution until I swap to SD with the big K&N Filter. as I saw here on the forums and on the virant website that this filter is not for turbo applications. someone talked to the virant support and they stated that this filter can be used on turbo applications but due to the design it will restrict the inlet on higher power levels.
car is now set to SD but not mapped as my IAT sensor is leaking though the plug ;-/

i use a garret build gtx3576r t3/flowed 0.63 housing on a tubular t3 manifold. i made 610 hp at the wheels at 7100 rpm on a fully prepped volvo 5 cylinder engine. i had 1.75 bar of boost at 3300 rpm. the engine is very responsive, and i really understand why all the top rally cross teams uses this exact turbo on their engines. i use 98ron/80mon, the best availeble at the pumps around here.
i hope you get things sorted and get it to go like you hope it will. it got very nice response, killer part throttle and decent top end power.
good luck mate
