Does the Buschur Stage 1 Power Package give the best gains for your $$$?
Looking to get a full TBE, Intake, Chip, and BC. Is the Buschur Stage one package the best value as far as purchasing all of these parts, or Would buying each Mod seperately yield the most gains?
Id like 300awhp out of $1200 if possible.... which it sure seems to be

Everyone is going to have their own opinion on this. I believe we offer the best bang for the buck, I should though
One of our customers just ran a 12.64 at 109 mph on our Stage 1 package. This was done on straight 94 octane fuel and at the recommended 19-20 psi of boost.
I think the times for the money spent speaks for itself.
Thanks,
David Buschur

For performance to price I would definatlly go with Buschurs Exhaust. The Upper intercoole pipe is also a quallity peice.
I do think the filter and intake pieces are a bit pricey though.

I believe the BuschurFlash would be smoother than the SAFC. Unless you need the adjustability, or will be adding more modifications soon, go for the flash...although I do not know if they offer a discount rate for upgrading the flash throughout the stages.
Buschur makes really nice stuff. I have their Stage IV setup, albeit with 272 cams instead of the 264's, along with a couple other things and I have this to show for it:

Based on results I've seen in DC, my Buschur setup is definitely best bang for buck. And I even wasted $300 going for the EBC instead of Buschurs MBC, which would do the same job. I haven't gone to the track yet, but I'm planning on better than 12.5

First of all, let me say that Buschur is one of my favorite vendors... many of his parts were on my black Evo. I also met him in person at last years Import shootout in Ohio, and he's VERY personable compared to many of the other vendors.
Also, I'd also like to preface that I'm ALL FOR supporting the little guys like Buschur, AMS, UR, etc. They want (and deserve) our money more than HKS, Greddy, etc. These guys are passionate about these cars, they own them and drive them, and are genuinely supportive of their customers.
In terms of bang for buck, I have been comparing the AMS stage I - 3 to the Buschur I - 4, and it is so close on cost that it all comes down to what you want to do. I felt like the AMS stages addressed some of the things the car needs... ARP head studs, boost gauge, etc. Their stage I says ~320whp for $1100 (this is a cat back stage though, not a full turbo-back like Buschurs). Their next stage addresses the rest of the exhaust system as well as the intercooler.
David's stages come out cheaper and have some cool stuff in it (lighter battery, less bends in his intercooler lower piping, etc.) but don’t address the head studs or the obvious boost gauge. Neither stage directly addresses the clutch, which is just a mistake
Since I had AMS and Buschur parts on my black Evo, I know they are high quality and cost effective. In the end, I am still undecided on which vendor is going to get their full stages on my Red Evo, but this time it’s definitely going to be all Buschur or all AMS. My only request would be that Dave would NOT use a PTE turbo in his kit... but I understand he's got to keep the cost down somehow.

A Buschur Powered EVO VIII Won the Open Touring Challenge (5 tracks in 5 days) Touring 3 class and 4th overall (I loved beating up on Porsches, Vettes and BMW's to get there too). If you think they only know how to make Drag Racing HP you should see the "Ohio Shuffle" corner to corner. (fastest EVO times at SIX tracks out here in California!)
