Valves!

Last year my car decided to throw a rod and destroy a piston. I'm just now getting around to fixing it. My questions.
More than likely, from have a few buddies look and myself we are assuming it bent the 2 intake valves on cylinder 1.
What all will need replaced?
2 valves, a set of locks for each, and a seal for each? I'm going to have a shop look and tell me, but I don't wanna get dicked around either.
Thanks in advance

2 valves, seals, have the machine shop reseat the valve, thats about it you don't need locks unless you lost them locks don't go bad. Oh and of course any damage that was done to the bowl of your head. If there isn't any damage then sweet but thats pretty much it

Depends on how hard the valves got wacked. Most times you should be ok but good call.

since it was a broken rod, chances are the valves didnt get hit hard.. so guides should be ok... but check them anyway.

Yeah good point. If the guides are cracked you would notice them with a flashlight inside the valve area. You will see the cracked area if it is at all. Obviously valves have to be out of the head. Good luck with it.
