Danm I really do want the 71hta tired of spending money. Have fun you lucky guys
Get bigger injectors if you want to run this turbo to its full capability. I'm on 1120cc FIC's and I need more. If I were to do it again I would have just gone with 1300's for the extra head room

I would go bigger but was told by my tunner to at least get 780cc injectors so I went a little bigger with the pte 1000cc. my goal is under 400hp. thank for the advise but to tell you the truth im tired of buying parts for now.

Please excuse my ignorance, but isn't the evo 9 turbine housing different than the evo 8 turbine housing? So for the OP to bolt on the 71hta CHRA, hes got to find a evo 9 housing with 10.5cm right?

I'd like to know too cus I got 2 evo 8 turbos here with 9.8cm housings, and it would be super cheap for me to just get a 71hta CHRA and make 400whp on pump gas and cams....

FP's 71HTA is ok for the EvO8 but you have to order an extra install kit. See details here: http://www.forcedperformance.net/mer...e=Lancer-Turbo

That's alright though, I can find install kits from somewhere else. As long as I can reuse my evo 8 turbine housing then im happy. Maybe just port it so it flows a bit better perhaps. Keeping costs lowwww
