Head repairable??

Yes, and what damage did the cylinder and piston incur? Did you find the washer in the damaged cylinder?

The cylinder has a scratch in it, so it will need bored. The piston has completely rolled over valve reliefs. But the piece was in the stock turbo luckily so it didnt go past the rings.

Very much so. But its on the stand again and will be back and going soon. Its a lesson learned to make sure "professional assembly" was done right.

Just so you can see that's it doable. Probably not worth the expense on a stock head. But if you have $2500 into a CNC port job, this would be worth it...
