You plumb a line from the boost controller to a bottom air port. Plug the other bottom air ports, and leave the top air ports open. A 3 port electronic solenoid is plumbed the same way a manual boost controller would be plumbed.

I would recommend cutting off the tab on that coolant line. Gives it a much cleaner look.
