I've got help, but we took to many full builds throughout the summer and were still experiencing this wave from that. I'll be back to responding quicker soon. I apologize to those who had trouble getting a hold of me.

It will ultimately be up to you to decide on the shop that will do the work. There are plenty of capable shops based on your location that can do the work. I don't think he has a personal relationship with anyone per say, but I can speak with my personal experience with HG in San Diego. That entire process was as smooth as silk.
I got one of his Short Blocks in New Zealand too

Evo8Master and silverevo05,

Just to give you an idea, I was able to pass California smog on a Buschur Racing
built 2.0 with GSC S1 cams. Now, I had every other stock components on the car (EGR, vacuum lines, stock intake box and exhaust) for visual inspection, but I had no issues with the smog process. I don't see why Tom's engines would be any different.

Yes it will pass. Its more tune related to pass a sniff test then anything else. Our engines function like OEM so it is quiet and clean running. You cant tell the difference from a stock engine and our built engine at idle.
