Rocker arms fell off!
If you didn't properly adjust the timing belt tensioner when you performed the service it's probable that you jumped timing and had some P to V contact (not the good kind).
Bummer sorry to hear about that. Did you replace the tensioner as well when you did the timing belt service? And did you perform the service yourself or have a shop do it? If you did it yourself did you confirm that you can easily slide the grenade pin in and out to ensure proper tension?

When I did the timing belt I replaced the tensioner as well as all other pulleys and water pump. I did it at the shop I work at, the grenade pin slid in and out really easy. I pulled #2 spark plug and it was all crushed in and the piston had 2 nasty holes in it so I've now just decided to pull the whole engine, when I pulled off the exhaust manifold and turbo I heard some rattling which ended up being 4 crushed valve faces. There was most definitely some unwanted P to V contact
