Long post sorry! My car makes this click when I tap on the throttle, pedal or throttle body. A gradual use of the pedal or throttle body exerts no clicks. But when I tap on either, there is a click. I believe it's coming from my bov hitting something inside it's cylinder. Previous owner claimed the bov to be turbosmart. I looked into it, I was able to match pictures. Anyone else had this issue before ? If it is my bov how urgent is it that I get a new one? Ohh when I drive the car, at random times I believe I experience compressor surge (no click). I think the bov stops working to some extent based on excessive flutter noise, (sounds awesome lol) but I don't hear my bov venting out air/sounding how it did before clicking started. But with click, bov seems to be working just fine. Please advise. I see turbosmart has a bov that looks just like this, so I believe it is a ts one. A friend who's a mechanic says it looks like eBay. Idk. Recently got the car.
