What would be the best vavle spring and retainers to go with for these cams? This setup with be for dd

GSC 5041 or Supertech Duals because they are reliable springs that both meet the lift requirements of those cams without binding. You will have more valvetrain harmonics with the supertech duals, but I have used them with a high lift cam (GSC R2) without issues for 2000 miles so far. The GSC 5041 will give you plenty of valve stem seal clearance if that's what you're looking for.

But hey, I may not know what i'm talking about.
