So I was replacing the crankshaft pulley and I wanted to see if the tensioner was seized (it wasn't) I come on the forums today to see if I can work my way around this any other way to get the belt back on! Let me know thanks in advance
Also is the 6pk 1815 belt the right one? It has A/C I think it's 6k714 (inches)

Reason: Also need to see if this is the right belt
Same thing happened to me. I was able to still loosen it with one side broken off, then another side broke. Got one at napa. Seems sturdier than oem's and works fine.
This happens a lot. I think the problem is people not realizing it will break if the 1/2 inch drive isn't bottomed out in the square hole. It is a cast hole and tapered. I've wrenched on mine a number of times and never broke it. I replaced my tensioner when the tensioner bearing was noisy.
Hey guess thanks for the help turned out it was seized I was able to fix it with a pipe wrench and a **** load of wd40 now works great!
If you guys don't mind I posted a new post about the fuel pump not priming if you guys know anything about it I'd love your help as I just want to go rip the car on the road! It's not doing me well in my driveway ;p
