Help!! Car wont idle and hard to start

So my car timing belt was snap about a month ago and now is all check and fix, but I run in to a issue that i have to step on gas to start and idle the car which is most likely the iac valve problem. Today before I want to double check it, my car will hardly start and only idle at 500 rpm in 5 second than is shut off. I am wondering if anyone here can point out what i need. Thank you. Sorry for the background sound

I couldn't hear your engine run at all...hard to tell from that video/audio. I know you just went through this, but double check your valve timing. If it's correct, put a battery charger on it and check compression figures, in case you've got bent valves. Chances are quite high, since it was running fine (I assume) before the timing belt snapped, that your problem is directly related to your valve timing or valve condition.

Well I was first being tested and everything was fine after the timing belt snap because I put a new belt there and is work fine and is idle except i need to step on the gas pedal, but once I install the accessory belt, my engine will only idle at 500rpm and stall in few second

did you do the timing belt yourself? did you make sure the timing marks lined up?

Yes but the weird thing is after I install the belt, I do a check and everything is running fine expect the IAC valve, but once I install everything back, my car would hardly start.

I am sure you have obviously tried but if you hold the throttle open a little, will it idle?
