What power am I looking at?

What power am I looking at?
Hey guys, so I'm looking to retune my car on E85 and 91. But, I'm going to be running E85 most of the time. My goal is to make around 420-430whp on E85 on my evo 8. Mods are listed below
2005 Evo 8 MR
-5 speed swap
-Competition Clutch Stage 2 with Comp flywheel
-Fp green
-Walbro 255
-ETS short route UICP
-ETS LICP
-FP 84mm Intake
-MAP O2 Dump
-FIC 1250cc Injectors
-Megan 3" downpipe
-DME 3" Test pipe
-HKS exhaust
SOON TO BE ADDED:
-Kelford 272's
-Supertech Dual Valve springs and Ti Retainers
-ARP Head Studs
with these mods, could I achieve my goal? Thanks guys
