Ticking after warmed up? Only after oil change

Hey what's up guys; been researching this topic throughout a few forums but only have gotten very spodradic answers.

Long story short I just went from 10-30 amsoil to 20-50 vr1. (Built motor) with s2 GSC cams springs, retainers and valves. After swapping the oil I noticed it ticks but only when warmed up. When it's cold the engine sounds super smooth and quiet. Was thinking of bleeding the lifters first and then changing oil again. I used an oem filter. Was wondering if anyone possibly had insight on this. Thanks.

A number of people have written to this forum saying the same thing - if that passes for insight.
