You've posted a number of threads that have been answered 1000 times. This platform is over a decade old and there is a lot of information out there on it.
Search and take notes from people that have achieved good results.

To answer your question , evo 9 turbo downpipe, exhaust, fuel pump, bcs and mostly importantly a professional tune.

These cars don't need to be modded to death. Keep it simple.
It's important to have fresh spark plugs gapped at .018-.022 and a boost leak test done before you get tuned on a Dyno .

Abacus hit the nail on the head.

Spend some time searching the forum. You're not the first person (or the last) to ask this question. The information is out there. Glad you're taking time to learn and ask questions about your car but just spend some quality time with her and on her reading what's available.

FYI, I got to about 350whp for under $1200 back in 2006 when my Evo was new. It wasn't expensive then and isn't now. Good luck!

also HKS cams are a waste of money. if they're not installed yet, sell them and get GSC S1's for a stock turbo car.

Ditch the HKS, get some S2s, head studs, fuel pump and a tune.
