How can I convert a ACD transfer to non ACD? I dont meam to change transfer.. just to delete pumps and make the transfer to work like mechanic! For drag use only.

if you remove the pump you will still have 4 wheel drive but without the central diff lock... You could theoretically just put some sort of air reservoar on the ACD line and pressurise it to 16 bar to keep the central diff lock more or less locked.. that could work for drag.. (if you do not want to take the transfer case off and change it for non acd transfer..)

Do you know 16 bar what lock will produce? I heared to put around 3bar air.

 

16 bar is max pump output, however I doubt it is max pressure that goes out of solenoid... yeah, start with 3 or 5 bar..

 

What is changing exactly as the pressure is going more and more?
