EVO 8 crank but won't start (fuel system issue)

Need some assistance with this
Car die off while driving as if the car was losing power.
30 min later car started for 30 sec.

I replace my fuel pump, check all the fuse all is good, in the process of replacing the relay but I don't the issue. Check the timing belt to make sure the timing was spot on, it is. Check for spark no issue with that.
I know is the fuel when i put key on acc i don't hear the walbro pump coming on so i know there's no power going to the fuel pump, i believe. I check the old pump and no issue when i apply 12vdc work good.

car is been down for a week need to be back on the road.
Thank you for you help

sounds like cam or crank angle sensor maybe going out. anybody in your area with a evo ? can just switch out the cam sensor's quick. as for the crank sensor better off just buying one and trying out then returning if not the issue.

just check your voltage at ... i think its pin 4 and 5 on the fuel pump plug while someone cranks the car.
if its getting power... is the pump running? you should be able to hear or feel it if you put your ear to it.

if no power... check relay
if power, no pump running, replace pump
if power, and pump is running... then its downtream of the pump.. move the the fuel rail and start checking injectors.
