hi, i installed a manual boost controller, its from turbo smart. The problem is that even on its lowest setting, the key turned all the way off to the minus side, its still making 32 psi..

i have a tial wastegate with 17 psi springs, shouldnt turning down the boost controller make the same 17 psi or maybe a little more, but its going straight into the 30's.

after boost controller installation, the idle's jumped up by 500 rpms too.

whats the reason for making so much boost?
