evo 8 issues rough idle after fill up and random noise up front

evo 8 issues rough idle after fill up and random noise up front
hello everyone
to start with i have an 03 evo 8 with 100k miles
mods
255 fuel up
ets intake
ets lower ic pipe
evo 9 bov
cop setup
dc sport down pipe
o2 hood dump
stock clutch and flywheel
1. the first issue i have is when i go fill up my car runs like **** , rough idle and it will even stall out /die
my afr is rich when this happens 10-11 afr reading . But after i drive a fell blocks it gets back to normal .
2. the other issue i have been having is a weird noise coming from up front of driver side of the car .The noise is like a chatter u could say or like the type noise your car makes when you go to turn it on and the battery is dead . The noise will happen when i drive and also if im parked and not moving
if i jab the gas real fast it also will make the noise . i can only hear it from inside the car and its very hard to hear it from the outside .
any help or suggestions will be appreciated ps i did do a boost leak test already and fixed all leaks

Sounds like a evap issue.
Are you over filling your tank?
It may be a flooded charcoal canister.
Or a purge valve thats stuck open plus a flooded canister.
Dont over fill it. Once it clicks thats it.
The chatter noise your describing sounds to me like a 3 port boost solenoid making noise. I have a perrin ebcs pro and its very loud when it actuates.

Get someone to make the noise happen and feel the 3 port. Doesnt mean its broken. Just a solenoid making noise and likely bolted to the frame rail making noise travel.
Remove the charcoal canister for inspection its in the left rear i believe. It likely has fuel in it. Let it air out. Its gonna take a while to dry all the charcoal
