Evo 7 turns on all 3 acd lights

Evo 7 turns on all 3 acd lights
i have a evolution 7
my car turns on all three lights tarmac,gravel,snow
The problem im facing is that sometimes it turns on after driving 500 yards and than they dont turn on for days and car drives smooth
i have checked my pump and its working
i have noticed the oil reservoir bottle in the trunk keeps on changing oil level
at times it is at center and than it is filled till cap
what i do is i turn the switch on press the accelator and the oil will just go down and the acd lights will be normal
what can be the possible issue

the pump needs to be opened, cleaned from corrosion, some parts changed, seals changed and then you need to put it on the car and using a mut III tool or a custom pump tool the system needs to be bled from air trapped in the system.
