Rich idle after install a new turbo

Hello guys.

Recently a blown my turbo 6266 The thing is, I bought an used turbo from a guy and told me its was a 6266. When I installed the new turbo, the car begins to run rich in idle, and the only thing that I change was the turbo.

My question is, can the turbo to influence in a rich idle? The afr is on 10.8-11.1.

In appearance the turbo looks like a 6266, even bigger. The old turbo was journal bearing. The guy that sold to me said the turbo was journal, but when I turn off the car, the turbo stay a lot of time spinning. I think its ball bearing because, I never felt that the old turbo was spinning a log time like this.

I dont know what can we do for rich idle. I change the MAF, new spark plugs, coils, temperature sensor.... but the car still the same.

One more thing, yesterday, when I drove the car from the shop to my house, idle always rich, and when acelerate the car run lean. I look the fuel pressure regulator and shows 17 psi, when normally its in 40-50 psi.....
Now, all the evils are coming to the poor car....

Sounds like a leak after the MAF sensor aka unmetered air. Do a boost leak test forsure.

As far as the fuel pressure. Thats another story. Maybe throw a different guage on it to make sure its really 17 psi. I dont know that it would run on 17

Problem solved...
The problem was the Slotted anti surge compressor cover of the turbo..
After change for a drilled anti surge cover, the afr put normal in idle 15-16 afr (kelford cams). I think the MAF read different with a slotted cover, although my tuner said the slotted its better but I need re scale the maf sensor I think...

Slotted cover its on the top and drilled anti surge cover is down.
