Idle high p0507 and rich idle

So i just got done doing a bunch of stuff to my evo

5858bb turbo
45mm wastegate
Vta tial 50mm bov
Map rev 3 intake
Map 65mm tb
Fic 1100 injectors with resistor bypass
Omni 4 bar map sensor
Arp headstuds
Gsc s2 cams with springs and retainers
Speed density
Ets 3 inch fmic
3 inch tb exhaust with hfc
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Egr delete (along with fpr)

Prior to that the car was basically stock. Only mids were the fuel pump fmic and exhaust. It ran totally fine

Now with the base map i have car starts but idles at 1100 to 1200 rpm and afrs are 12.5 to 13 at idle. First thing i did was boost leak test. Found a couple small leaks at the intake manifold which were fix and pressure tested. Held 30 psi just fine. Next i check the iac motor. That too is working fine and resistance is well within acceptable limits (31 ohms). Check fuel trims and o2 sensor feedback and trims are -12 and -7. O2 voltage is .9. So this tells me that o2 sensor is working. Idk what else to do or where else to check. Biss screw is adjusted fine i even diabled the iac in evoscan and tried to adjust but no luck. I read almost all the threads on this issue but can't come to a conclusion on what my issue is. Im starting to wonder if its in the basemap. Any suggestions? Really need some help im suppose to be getting tuned next week and wanna try and figure this out before i go.
