Intake Pipe Idle Problem

Intake Pipe Idle Problem
Good day, we are having an issue on pipe size. I currently have a 4 inch fp intake pipe from my turbo to my air flow sensor, would that cause a slight idle drop because we wondering if to change it to 3 inch. Cold start an idling works fine but when coming to a stop from cruising and high speed the car randomly cuts off.
