I didn’t modify the runner dividers. It would be really really hard to do properly without cutting open the plenum.

I saw you got the measurements from the other thread. Are those ‘ported’ ? I would be cautious of following measurements without any other reference. There’s a LOT more to flow stuff than two numbers like that. How did they make it bigger? Raise roof? Drop floor? Little of both?
if you do adjust the size remember to run it up into the port not just a glorified champher
I think the ports match up Really close. It's about 1mm bigger at the head. So all I can do is smooth out the inside casting. I have a 6" burr and a 3" burr with 6" extension. Not sure if I can reach inside plenum to do much. If I can't get the needed angles to shape the plenum area, I may only gently hone from other end. I don't want to cut or weld.
I doubt his is ported. It's too close to the unported IM.

On the throttle body, there is a bottom bypass around the throttle plate (in red). I didn't take a close look last night. Is that the EGR?

So did you only open up your throttle body and plenum opening?
