Tons of Issues, Help Please!

This is my build, I've been working on it for the past 6 months(felt like longer) and I finally got to start it up on Saturday but It didn't go as planned.

Issue #1
I'm running a Curt Brown extreme ported IM with Full Blown 70mm TB. When I hook up the throttle cable to the TB, it pulls the TB open to around 36% which is not good and when started the car revs past 5k. I disconnected the throttle cable and the car idles at 2k - 2.5k rpm. I'm not sure how to get the cable to fit perfectly and not hold the TB open. Do I need to create a bracket to mount the throttle cable closer to the TB? Anyone else running this IM and TB setup? Is there a How To on adjusting/install the TPS correctly.?

Issue #2
The power steering is leaking from the top line, looks to be missing a O-Ring but I'm unable to find a replacement O-Ring. Anyone know where I can find one from?

Issue #3
My heater isn't working and I think I have air in the core but not sure how to get the air out of the heater core.

Issue #4
3 oil leaks, 1 from the Oil cooler(resolved), 1 from the Oil Pan(I hope it's not from the main seal as it's coming from where the transmission and block connects.), and 1 from the Valve cover(Going to recheck torque specs). I paid a shop to assemble and time the motor, shouldn't they be responsible for the Oil pan and Valve cover oil leak?

These are the issues I've ran into and it's driving me nuts, Been through hell with shops, vendors, evo issues, ect and extremely frustrated, I'm getting to the point where I might just wanna scrap the build...

Issue 1
slot the holes on the cable mount (the one that goes to the intake) so it can move closer to the TB... giving the cable more slack.
slot the holes on the TB sensor just a little to try and get it to the 15% range when the throttle is closed.

Issue 4
with a new gasket for the valve cover... no reason should have leak. just snug on the bolts should do it.

#2 you can get one from the dealer
#3 buy one of these...https://www.tooltopia.com/lisle-24680.aspx?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_ca mpaign=paid_search_google_pla&adpos=1o4&scid=scplp LIS24680&sc_intid=LIS24680&gclid=CjwKCAjwypjVBRANE iwAJAxlIk_Z_C2BsW1_8c3bfWfoejlgmnbzy3qPZDC0oBCfPBR lakysEqiyzBoC2MgQAvD_BwE
#4 tighten down the cover bolts and use brake clean to clean off all oil and let the car run and recheck for leaks. Could just be some oil from the build.

Gotcha, I'll open up the TBC bracket. I'll try to adjust the TPS again.
