Hey guys i am having a problem with my evo 8 when i put it to first gear and drive it, it starts to accelerate high rpms and seems to go no where, struggles to pick up speed, no boost leaks or vacuum leaks what could it be ?

 

Sounds like your clutch is worn out. Is it revving up in 1st gear like you are in neutral?

 

it does it on every gear

 

Your clutch is gone. Don't drive too far because you will get stranded.
