Intake Question ??
Currently i installed the Apexi Air Filter, i notice the car pull hard after 5500 rpm than stock. I read our Evo was running too rich from factory. I will really happen after the air filter, but my question is ... will my car run too lean?

No. A filter (or did you mean intake?) will not affect your air/fuel ratio much.
