Melted Lower inter-cooler cupler

I was a the track this weekend and melted my coupler from the j pipe to the lower intercooler pipe. I guess my dump tube is to close the coupler. I am not sure what i am going to do to fix this issue. I have a buschur race evo 9 j pipe and the lower intercooler piper. Any one know that size of the coupler i think its 2" to 2.5" but not 100% sure. I had it like this for a year no issue but i guess being on track and being in a boost lot melted this. any help would be great.

Do you have a picture? Silicone couplers should be able to handle a lot of heat. Are you using rubber? 2" to 2.5" would be my guess too.

i am not sure what coupler was on it but i think it was Silcone. I will get pictures once i put the car on the lift. i might just see if i can custom make the dump to a hood dump.
