Anyone know how to remove the restrictor on clutch?

I hear if you remove the restrictor on the stock clutch it runs a lot better. I think mitsu put it there so people dont blow their tranny by launching too hard. It seems to restrict the clutch oil to make it so the clutch slips automatically to go easy on the tranny. Can anyone post a step by step for this? Also i hear u have to bleed the clutch to do this. Can u post instructions on how to do that as well? Much appretiated.

I'm not sure, but theres a rubber hose about 2-3 feet long for your clutch line. Inside lies a piece of plastic with a needle size hole. Just take a something and push it out.

On the other hand, I talked to a buddy that's a mitsu mechanic (that also owns a evo). He says its best to just replace it with a steel braided line.
