fp green

Hey guys before I get started I know some of you will tell me to use the search button but I can't find any threads answering everything.

So I pulled the trigger on an fp green because I don't have access to e85 and wanted some more power up top compared to my stock evo 9 turbo. (I have an evo 8)
A run down on the car is that its tuned on 93. stock block, stock head apart from 272 cams, complete ets intercooler kit,ets intake, ID 1000s, 255 pump, ams fuel rail, downpipe and exhaust. It made 300 whp on a mustang dyno @24 pounds.

My question is along with the turbo what else will I need to order? I know I need the waste gate, oil lines and gaskets in the forced performance gen 2 install kit. Ive read that the stainless steel housing is not bolt on anymore so what down pipe will I need? Is the cast one on their website compatible? Also what about a dump pipe? IF you guys could maybe link me to what setups you ran with an fp green let me know! It also has to be compatible with an A/C.

Lastly, can I expect to make about 420whp on a mustang dyno? I know I have to keep tq down below 400. Will my ID1000 injectors and pump be enough to get me up there? Are there any other mods you guys suggest me ordering to help accommodate the turbo? maybe a catch can?

Thank you guys for any and all input!

For pump gas, your 1000 and 255 should be fine. FP SS hotside requires external wastegate actuator and external wastegate downpipe (STM has dump version and custom weld version to recirculate). And yes, requires their oil filter housing oil line. A catch can is actually a good idea to keep oil out of turbo inlet and to keep your intake dry (if you are still using PVC).

420whp on a MD with pump gas is asking a lot.
I need a FP Black to get that high where I'm at (91 pump).

fp provides everything for you. No need to look elsewhere. just get the kit. Also get the oil line

300 whp even on mustang dyno seems lo and 420 on pump gas if its a low reading dyno seems high

I would expect 350 to 370 whp on a buschur style of dyno.

On a dynojet at 24 psi id expect in the 370ish 380ish range....

FP's kit works well to keep downpipe and dump wastegate to atmosphere. The only problem I have with FP kit is when you plan to recirculate the external wastegate.. You need to weld to the FP O2. Otherwise, you need a flex pipe if welding to downpipe to avoid cracking. The STM has their flex portion mid-downpipe so extrnal wastegate can be welded on any where before that.

With a built and ported head and similar mods i was able to do 500hp 400tq VD with ss fp green, using stm downpipe and open dump 1100cc injectors on 93 pump

fp manifold, stm downpipe, tial wastgate, ss fp green, cop setup, headgames built and ported head, kelford 272, ets 3.5in intercooler with short route piping, ets 3in sd intake,3 port boost controller, egr delete, 3in turbo back,

how much boost are you able to run on 93?
And how much power did your head job gain?

i am able to run 28psi peak 25psi at redline. Cant say how much power the head added, i did the fp green and head at the same time.

going to be installing skunk2 intake manifold ported by stm and 70mm tb soon. And changing to a walbro 450 with stm rewire kit, 6an feed line, drilled siphon, radium fuel rail with pulse dampener and adjustable fuel pressure regulator

Try this recipe:
Your existing bolt ons,
1200 Injectors
450 walbro
18 PSI Turbosmart WG
Synapse BoV

But, you cannot hit 420 on pump gas with your green.
Mine with this set up, 370WHP Pump and 430WHP E85 on Mustang Dyno.

You need corn!

ok well the closest petrol station to me with e85 is about a 20-25 minute drive. I would absolutely love to run e85 all the time and have thought of picking up a 30- gallon drum to hold it in. I drive my car maybe 3-4k miles a year so I only fill up at most 2-3 times a month. however my question is with upgrading to 1200 injectors and 450 fuel pump will it also support 93? I know ill need a dual map or something along those lines but are we talking standalone ECU? or is this something that can be done on stock computer?
THANKS!

For 93, your 1000 and 255 is fine. If you go E85, then you need 30% more fuel. That's when your 255 and 1000cc isn't enough.1200 and 320lph fuel pump will get you there. 450 is extra to avoid another pump upgrade, but you need to research on how to install since it's not a simple drop in. If going with 450, you can look into 1400cc or larger injectors too since that will match up with 450 better but over 1400cc prices jump.
Before spending money to buy parts, search the effects of E85 sitting too long.

Thanks a lot dude you have been really helpful. at this point ill be able to save at least a grand if I just stick with my current injector/pump setup. hopefully I can make close to 370 at the wheels when all is said and done, and if I decide I want a little more power Ill jump to e85 and get a retune/necessary parts.
