Can these turbos go on my Evo 6 (currently have evo 9 turbo)

If so do I need more components?

I live in Thailand and can import this with no import duties as its from China. Whereas buying Garrett that is 6x the price I have to pay 200% import duties making it 12X more expensive. I only drive near my home and labour to install components here is very cheap so I was thinking to take a chance with a cheap Chinese turbo. Any thoughts?

Since you are in Thailand and the import laws are breaking your neck. It's really up to you if you would want to buy those. If you were living in the states this would be a no from me dawg and I am sure everyone on here would agree. Just keep the evo 9 turbo its a good turbo and can make 350-400hp depending on your supporting mods/fuel you run.

An evo 9 turbo would last longer. Depends what you want...but 160 dollar turbo is probably garbage.

I have used four different ebay cheap turbos on my LS cars. three of those were on twin setups, so seven total turbochargers.
over the years ive run anywhere from 6 to 28 psi of boost and probably 30,000 miles combined.
i had a few leak a little bit out of the compressor side, enough that there was a wet spot at the compressor inlet but not enough to affect performance.
ive never had one break or sieze or otherwise become damaged and unusable.

just because evom doesnt like them doesnt mean theyre junk.
i have a fp htz green on my evo though. its worlds more efficient and effective than anything ive seen from ebay, but 8-4x the cost depending on your choice of ebay turbo.
