Guys I haven’t been on this site for a while please excuse me if I’m posting in the wrong area. I have an 04 GSR. Motor trans and everything is out, motor jumped timing. Bottom end is good but could use a rebuild since it’s out. It has 171k on it. No sense in just putting it back in. That being said all my rebuilds from my previous talons and gsx’s Have been down in jersey, I live in dutchess county NY. I’m about a solid hr and 45 min north of englishtown raceway. Is there any guys in NY that have a good rep for re doing the motor? Evo’s in specific. Head also will completely need to get done. My goal is a stock ( or close) to bottom end. And build the head some. Nothing crazy, it will be garaged fall and winter. Any suggestions would really help me greatly, I’d like to stay local but if I have to I’ll drive down no issues.

I would recommend Raif from RRT in Canton ,Ct , he is a real good guy who knows evo’s well and very honest and good to work with.
