87mm head gasket in 86.5mm

My cylinder bore is 86.5mm ,the only other option I have is a cosworth 87mm head gasket, other wise I'll have to wait 4 weeks, so the question is will it work or should I wait?

Are you using a 4g64 or a 4g63 block?

Cometic makes 87mm and 87.5mm bore head gaslets that would work fine, but if you have a 4g63 block bored to 86.5mm, it's pretty much junk.

its a 4g64 block but the gasket is cosworth ,it wont have any issues right or should I wait almost a month for the 86.5mm ones?

It'll be fine. It's actually better for the gasket bore to be bigger than the actual bore.
