Stock cams with GSC valvesprings and retainers
Hi all,
I'm getting my 4G63 cylinder head machined so I'm planning to get GSC valve springs and retainers installed while at it.
Would there be any issues running GSC 5040 Beehive springs and retainers with stock cams?
I will be upgrading to GSC S2 cams later on in the future.

Won't be an issue at all.

I agree with you!
I too am currently buying/collecting these types of parts as I go so that I can have everything installed at once. Not to discourage the original poster but I would consider having the cams installed as well if the budget permits.

Clearly it's not in the budget or this thread wouldn't exist...
