Boost Control Options

Right now I have twin 38mm Tial's dumping to atmosphere. I'm at 52% WG duty cycle. I have a mac 3-port controlled by the evo 9 ecu and I've plumbed the boost lines in the T configuration to feed boost to the bottom of the WG diaphragm while the ebc is inline to the top port. During full boost the wastegate flutters and it's annoying AF. I switch fuels quite often and I don't want to put on a MBC.

What's options do I have to make the flutter go away while maintaining ECU boost? Thanks!

There aren't any. That's what electronic solenoids do.

You could recirculate the dumps into the down pipe so you don't hear them at all, but that may hurt power.
