Block identification

I picked up a new evo 9. I came across these numbers stamped in the block near the oil pan. I appreciate any info.

Dont think thats the block Identifier. I believe you need to find this flat on the front of block. Heres a good thread that gives you the decoder for the layout (see post 8)

I'm aware of the block plate. It is a 4g63 block. I was wondering if someone knew of a shop that stamped the blocks they built. It's an out of state car. I have tried to find info or the previous owner but to no avail. It's a built long block, gsc s2 cams, og fp green, ams intercooler, fujita charge piping, 1650cc rc injectors, wally 255, agency power fuel rail, egr delete, 2.4 block to head oil line, oil cooler, demon racing cop, innovate gauges, is robi spec coilovers, and volk re30s. Apexsilver from California.

That's original stampings for the main bore sizing from the factory. The factory crank also gets stamped for the size of the journals, then bearings are selected based on a cross reference chart for the combination of the block and crank stampings.
