Finally put together my build and started the motor up to drive around a bit.

I just installed the exedy twin hd and the issue im running into is a lose clutch shifter and pedal

shifter - when I put it in gear it wobbles left to right very losely

pedal - when i put it in gear about more than half way up on release the car starts to move. According to the video I saw engagement should happen around 1-2 inches from the floor board.

any ideas on how to fix this?

Would the OEM clutch adj work in this case?

I greatly prefer higher up on the pedal for the friction zone - as longa s the clutch doesnt drag, you are fine.

If your shifter suddenly has a ton of play in it, then it's likely your shift linkage is not mounted properly, disconnected somewhere, or missing a bushing. Check the area on top of the transmission. The clutch pedal will have a ton of play in it if it's not bled properly or if the clutch shaft is not adjusted properly. If you just want to adjust the engagement point, it will be the clutch pedal shaft. Half way up is not a bad place to grab.
