Anyone cut out the baffles of an aftermarket muffler?

I have a Greddy muffler that has an annoying rasp and I would prefer to just hollow it out/remove the baffles? Anyone do this before? Suggestions? Looks like I would have to start with cutting the inside with a dremel or cutoff wheel and just start bending/cutting.

thanks in advance

I don’t see any baffles inside that muffler . Looks to be just straight flow through.

maybe baffling isn’t the right term but the meshed metal inside
is causing a rattling/rasp and I would prefer to cut it out but it’s probably more work than it’s worth.

I don't know if the newer model Greddy exhausts have rolled tips, but if they don't then you have an older full titanium exhaust. Those full TI exhaust had very thin piping to that so be the cause of the problem. I would double check and make sure it's the muffler that is causing the rattle and not something else. Maybe a loose bolt on the connection pipes?
