I have an evo 8 thats pretty stock for power only have worked on suspension and stuff. All i did for it was just a cold air filter. I have an evo 9 fp green turbo now that i want to install but i do not have a waste gate or the oil lines. My question to you geniuses is what psi actuator should i be looking for if im lookin for 300-350 whp and should i be looking to be the evo 9 oil lines or stick with my stock evo 8 lines ?

 

I'll help you convert your SS housing to stock twin scroll. EWG and plumbing is probably another $1500 before you are done installing. The twin scroll should easily net you 350whp on pump gas.

 

Do you have the option to stock with the MHI housing? The twin scroll design would help with response, plus you wouldnt have to get an external gate setup for the open stainless housing. I just put a 25lb actuator on my MHI fp green. On pump gas, my 2.3L made 403whp on 22lbs.

 

Yeah the guy above you said he would help me out and give me a twin scroll along with an actuator. And by mhi housing you talking about the o2 housing forthe stock evo 8 turbo? Can i actually even do that?
