Need Assistance \ Bolt size \ Thread

So i was putting in my new rear diff and the right passenger side of the differential the bracket will not fully bolt up to the subframe. Not sure if its the threading in the subframe or the bolt itself , i have ordered another bolt but i cannot find the size of this thing anywhere. Want to get ahead of it not being the bolt but the threading in the housing, anyone can help a brotha out. Open also to suggestions on a fix ? Time sert ? Hello coil ?

Pic of bolt :

Finally about to get my car back on the road and this happens.

I think i got a partial read on that bolt as a M12 x 100 (common pitch is 1.5)

Please confirm

Did you try to thread it in w/out the diff brkt involved?

Thats the size i was finding it to be, the pitch is what i wasn't sure of.

I intend to try and thread it in today when the rain decides to ease up, unfortunately without a garage.

Good grief w/the rain!

Not sure if i follow ya. You inserted the bolt into item no. 6 w/out item no. 11 involved?

If you can insert the bolt into item 6 w/no issues then that should prove the female thread is OK

Your first post noted that you could not get the bolt to thread-in due to a misalignment of the diff brkt or if the female thread is damaged.

I was just suggesting to eliminate item 11 (diff brkt) & see if the bolt will insert into the subframe (item 6) w/no issues?

So to get this to fit without issues i had to remove the small washer that is i believe item 7, think this will be an issue @MinusPrevious I drove it to work last night and heard no issues other than the Tre rear diff making noise from break in ( as i read on this forum) It makes a bit of noise on accel but quiets down when at a steady speed, haven't driven above 60 MPH as requested by TRE.

Super curious whats going on w/this stack up of components. Certainly dont like the idea if leaving out that spacer washer. Its there for a reason

Certainly sounds like the female threads in the main alum beam (item 6) are damaged. Be best to get this EvO on the rack & pull down the diff & use the proper thread chaser to correct the issue (do you agree?)

Just dont like leaving out that spacer washer. My bet is that there will be movement in the diff w/out that spacer

I never double checked your part no. you noted in post no. 1

I went to Partsouq & they call out part no. MU140081 (cant find any size detail on that bolt)

STM & many others stock it. Wonder if that is the problem? Where did you come up w/MB809530?

Yea i know its MU140081. I didn't get to correct the first picture, the second picture is from STM and has the MU140081 in the left hand corner.Saw it on STM but nobody has the size detail, i am going to try and email STM see if they can help or just take it off and go to a hardware/auto parts store for some help.

I happen to have a few MU140081 bolts, they are used in the front subframe as well. I took some measurements for you:

M14

Pitch 1.5 mm
