Fp hta71

Hello guys. The Forced Performance hta71 supercore that fp sells is a direct replacement with the stock mhi housing from an evo ix? You have to fit the existing stock mhi housing with this supercore or you need any other mods? Thanks a lot for your time reading this

yeah, direct replacement... Depending on the compressor housing type you will need new inlet pipe.. .(I am not sure you can buy hta71 in stock inlet size at all)...

It's a direct replacement for an Evo9 turbo. If you have an Evo8 turbo, you will at minimum need the install kit that FP sells with the water lines, and turbo outlet. It's also not a bad head to replace the oil feed with the FP one that has the inline filter.

you could go with the MHI TF06-18K turbo that FP sells which still use the stock inlet. Direct bolt-on i believe.

That one must have just come out. it wasnt there a few days ago. but for that price, i would just go ahead with a red.

EDIT:

nevermind, i forgot you have to choose the MHI version wich adds a bit to it. anyway, great price for a upgraded evo 9 turbo.
