Carrier bearing. Bring it to the dealer, should be covered unless they claim road hazard!!

Should not be a lot of money to fix, certainly less than the transfer case.

That is the lobro joint. The replacement part rebuild kit for that joint was $220 with no labor. Should be replaced under warranty
