I have a '04 Evo 8 that I haven't used since 2018. I tried to start the engine a few weeks ago but didn't started, a few days ago I discovered that the fuel that has rust on the inside and that the fuel pump fiter was plugged. (I'll let you kno later if that was really the problem)

I have a DW300C on my car but I want to upgrade it since I'll be tunning for 600-650 whp on pump and need a bigger fuel pump. I was thinking about the Walbro 450 but don't know if it's a direct replacement or if any modifcation is necessary?

Any suggestions are welcome!

 

there is some modification required to install the 450, there are "how to" threads if you search.
