Evo IV Transmission / Rear diff

Still new to the community. Just had some general questions regarding getting my fluids changed for my Evo. Having a hard time finding OEM fluids here in Japan so my questions revolve around using Redline. Redline seems to be accessible from a garage not to far and ships on Amazon. From what I read, Mitsubishi Motors MTF 75W-85 is what I would need. The product MT-85 seems to have similar properties. Same with my rear diff and transfer case instead of Diaqueen I found a list that says Redline heavy shockproof would suffice. Can anyone confirm this? I am not in a position to take risks out here in Japan. Garage time is limited. Thank you! - asda8 5Mitsubishi Motors MTF 75W-85

Question is... which rear diff do you have?

The Evo 4 RS came with a mechanical differential. Your GSR came with the AYC differential, which was hydraulic.

Awesome, thanks for the info! So much to learn about this car. I hope I can keep her going until at least I get her back to the states in my garage! My biggest fear while overseas is she dies and I am forced to get rid of her .
