Did you/they bleed your ACD line after it was disconnected for the clutch job?

Brass bleed nipple is on the underside of the transfer case. Check the fluid level in the boot reservoir, key on and then hold the accelerator pedal down to activate the pump. Have a helper under the car open the bleed nipple until there are no bubbles in the fluid coming out. Keep the ACD reservoir topped up so you don't introduce any more air into the lines during the process.

Once done key on and hold the accelerator pedal down again. The ACD pump should run and when it reaches pressure it should stop and the three flashing ACD lights should go out. If not your pump is shot and needs a rebuild.

Yes - the ACD (Active Center Diff - inside the transfer case) and AYC (Active Yaw Control - inside the rear diff) are both fed from the pump below this reservoir. Make sure you top it up while bleeding the ACD line.

Use any quality Automatic Transmission Fluid rated SP-III or higher.
