recently upgraded my exedy twin to a tripple plate when doing a engine refresh, turbo upgrade and replacing a blown up transfer case. didnt have any issues with the twin

fitted all the items that arrived in the kit now the clutch slips just as taking off. the car has seen no boost or rpm (engine break in)

tried all types of pedal adjustments


i pulled the kit out again and from my findings seem the plate closest to the flywheel is making good contact but the 2nd and 3rd plate towards the pressure plate isnt making contact
any body had a similar issue. worn out pressure plate not clamping strong enough? anyway to check and measure up the clutch kit to identify whats the issue.
