Hi due to tightened rules here in Denmark i'm forced to go back to oem airbox.
any ideas of how much it can flow ?
and does anyone have had luck modifying it to accomodate more power ? (500hp ish)

i dont know the answer... but a better question is what power can you make with a maf car running a stock frame turbo.
since i would assume you would need both of these to run the stock air box.
the air box itself is probably not the limiting factor.

I remember my tuner telling me an open cone intake is worth approx 15 WHP (DynoJet)
I would imagine you could still produce some good no.s w/a high flow filter, the MAF & the stock box

its all about appearences :P
Now that we know this is really a clandestine SD set-up, here in the states, running E85 i bet one could see 500-700 dyno numbers providing the turbo, injectors, pumps, cams, boost & tune etc could support

the issue is current mood of the police is tough, they are taking cars sending them to the stealerships and giving a blank check to revert to stock, or scrap the car.
so My solution is back to stock turbo, though with bigger wheels and stock airbox. and a big catalyst so emissions is in check and I dont get pulled for reasonable doubt. if everything looks stock they cant do anything 😂🙈
Hello Michael. In my opinion, if you are looking for an opinion on what your 4G63 motor will make w/a gutted air box & MAF you should list the specifications vs "Bells & Whistles"
What displacement? / what turbo?/ what injectors? / head work? / fuel pump(s) / fuel type / cams, etc,etc
