Cannot start new build PLEASE HELP

Recently I've put together my new build on my evo it's a 2.3 liter
gsc r2 cams
+1 valves
2150cc injectors
Walbro 450 fuel pump
FP BLACK turbo

the previous motor in the car blew up when I was making 597 whp
I have verified I have fuel getting to the injectors and into the cylinders
Sufficient fuel pressure from the fuel pump
I have verified I'm getting spark on brand new plugs
and also have confirmed my timing is dead on

I have also swapped out both cam and crank angle sensors with no luck and have leak down tested the car with great numbers. I don't have any idea what to do now and am getting very discouraged. Someone please help.

Does it fire at all, or just crank?

Verify cam angle sensor isn't 180 degrees off.

Do you have a way to log? If so verify sensor values are reasonable while cranking (coolant temp, RPM, MAP, MAF etc.)

it cranks and will pop a bit I did verify the cam angle sensor is good it's on the stock ecu

It has nearly a year old e85 in the tank but I didn't think it would keep the car from starting
I also have various logs of it while trying to start what should I look for that might be off in the logs?

I would probably get some fresh fuel in there honestly. That old E85 isn't doing you any favors. I would also double check and ensure the ECU is mapped to your E85 tune and not a pump tune if you have 2 maps saved.

I did make sure it was on the e85 tune. I'll drain it and put some 93 in it then try it on the 93 map.

maybe having it sitting with ethanol for a while blocked the injectors. you may have to get them checked/cleaned.

I once ran into a coolant temp sensor wire broken on my old DSM that set the coolant temp at like -100deg. It flooded the engine and wouldnt fire trying to compensate. Worth pulling up Evoscan to check all the values and if anything seems way off.

Like Dallas said, coolant temp is pretty much the biggest influence on startup. So you want to make sure the logged coolant temp value looks reasonable. You also want to make sure you are seeing RPM while cranking, and I also like to keep an eye on volts. Low volts can also cause issues, especially with large injectors.

Injector pulse widths are good to look at too, but aren't as helpful without more number crunching and/or experience working with them.

The best way to get eyes / feedback on your logs is to just post screenshots of the relevant sections. If you post them up, I'm sure you will get some feedback.
