Question Need validation on TBE components

I'm the 3rd owner of my Evo 9 MR. The 2nd owner that sold it to me didn't know too much about any of the mods that were done to the car so I'm trying to figure that all out.

What I'm trying to figure out at the moment are the TBE components. It appears that it has some sort of aftermarket o2 housing, downpipe, midpipe, and tail. The cat appears to be stock.

The tip is a Hi-Power HKS which I'm assuming is from this catback package: https://stmtuned.com/collections/mit...-9-31006-bm002

The downpipe and o2 appears to be a /copper/brownish/goldish color but I cannot discern the make/model of it. All of the pipes measure about 3" as measured from the outside. I'm trying to disconnect the cat but the bolts are super rusted and I don't have any PB Blaster on hand to help remove it so that I can properly measure it from the inside.

Can anyone help me validate my thoughts? At first glance does this appear to be a proper 3" TBE (minus the cat)? Any clue as to the make and model of the o2 housing and downpipe?

If I've gotten something wrong feel free to correct me.

See attached pictures.
