Unhappy Idling non consistent

Hello,

My brother has taken back my evo IX out of hibernation (rough winter in Quebec).

He took it for its first ride and said it wouldnt pull properly. It knocked and turbo didnt spool as much as supposed to. AFR goes to 9-10 when in gear and making the turbo spool. On neutral, when I give it gaz, 2-3-4k RPM it stay close to 14.7 AFR. When on idle, the AFR is jumping but mostly lean 19+...

We did a boost leak test. No leak.. I didnt put any gaz stabilizer last winter. Could it be gaz going bad?

Ive registered 2x logs on idling with different stuff.. I can register more if needed. I dont know much about what to log.. Ive seen my TimingAdvance seems to jump around more than before..? Idk much about logging..

List of mods:
Short ram intake
Map Sensor
Boost controller
O2 Housing
Downpipe
Test pipe
Walbro 255lph
Cat back
Intercooler piping short route
Springs and retainers
Cams S2
Tomei Turbo Arms M7960

Thanks for help

Generically I'm going to say to do another boost leak test, check for any vacuum leaks, and try to log the knock as well as AFR and Boost.
The logs you provided don't offer a lot of insight into what you are seeing.
